UK and US are the best study destination to pursue undergraduate course in engineering, there are many good universities in these two countries which offers undergraduate degree in the field of:
Electrical engineering.
IT.
Civil engineering.
Mechanical engineering and many more fields.
To pursue undergraduate course in IT and related fields, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
SAT score of 1700-1800 plus.(required by universities in US only)
Universities in UK and US have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.
An average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year and average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

In order to pursue MS in Canada you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intakes in a year i.e. Fall (August) and Spring (January) Intake. So first of all you need to decide in which intake you want admission, and then accordingly start your application process at least 6-7 months in advance, it is always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL at least a year in advance of your planned admission intake. An average tuition fee at university in Canada is about CAN$ 20,000 per-year. The tuition fee and living expense might be more or less depending on the university and location.
