As a student of one of Educomp's institutes, I would suggest you try for their JRE Group, which is not only aicte approved but also backed by the well known educational company Raffles, Singapore.
As for placements, they have a designated placement cell which is headed by people like R. Jayaraman, who is an MBA from IIM-A with plenty of years of leadership and CEO and Anuj Ahuja, who is from IIM-B and has been a visiting faculty to top business schools in Delhi. As a friend I would suggest you to think about this decision again as changing your field from commerce to Journalism is not advisable because you might have to start from the scratch.

Usually admission in a good journalism college is done by an entrance exam conducted by the institute and the fees also depends upon institute to institute. So you can check the website of the respective institute of your choice to know about the admission procedure.

As you are pursuing B.Com hons, Shifting to media will not be advisable as this industry demands for individuals who have pursued their education in the media field.
But, as they say one should not give up and try for it.
Keeping in mind your interest towards business news channels; it seems like you are interested to become a business news anchor. So, In order to become a T.V. Journalist / news anchor in a well reputed news channel, you should have a background related to Mass Comm or Journalism, a good command over English, Hindi and the regional language. Also you should have a good personality and have to be confident and Camera facing. It will be advisable for you to join a good/reputed institute for PG in Journalism/Mass Comm where you can get the necessary grooming.
