Being a M.Sc in Microbiology pass out you have two main defined disciplines to pursue a career i.e. Education and Research. With a M.Sc degree you can apply to teach in various institutions or you may write to qualify NET for the posts of lectureship.

Although there is no mandatory Experience cut off, the ISB prefers applicants with 2 or more years of full time work experience after graduation. Exceptional candidates with lesser experience will be considered for deferred (depending on the availability of the seats) admission.

Hello shivam as you have written you are doing BSC and if you want to do M.Tech you need to do MSC you are not eligible for M.tech after B.sc . on the contrary, if you are pursuing B.tech you can apply for M.tech after completion of the course , and M.tech from good universities always lead to good career path.

Hi Morish,
Although your experience in agro commodity inspection may be counted to an extent in the new field you are opting for but, agro commodity inspection & shipping/logistics are two different fields so, I would suggest that before taking any decision on changing your field please look into all the pros and cons of this decision as it would not be an easy move especially when you have 9 years of experience in one field & you may also have to start at a lower package and designation. I would also say ponder over the reasons more deeply as to why you want to change your field after having 9 years of experience in it.
