Hi Pallavi,
Generally to do an MBA degree with any specialisation you just need to have a Graduation Degree, especially when you are planning to do it through correspondence. However, as ecology is quite a specialized field it would be advisable to check the eligibility requirement for this MBA degree with the specific Institutes giving this degree.
Few of the institutes giving a degree program in ecology are:
IGNOU
Amity School of Distance Learning
Annamalai University
Pune University
Anna University
Pondicherry University
Please check with them if they give an MBA program in ecology or not as, MBA ecology would be a highly specialized course it would be difficult to find Universities
Human Resource is one of the popular specialisation which will be given by almost all the institutes. Few of the institutes which can be considered are: Anna University, Annamalai University, Andhra University, IMT Distance and Open Learning Institute, Pondicherry University, Tamil Nadu Open University, The ICFAI University.

HI Yogesh,
IF you are interesting in BCA or computer field,then you are going nice side.At a time BCA are very nice filed in IT or company.I am advice if you doing BCa,then you doing regular BCA from any best institute.If you have not problem(related money,family etc) and you not doing any job,then you doing BCA regular from any best institute.BCA are veyr much better cousre/degree for career.BCA are required that you have 12th with math or without math.Few institute or college are demand that any doing BCA,then have in 12th math and few say that any person doing BCA of any stream.So main point that depend your decision.
I am suggest to you doing BCA.

You have pretty decent scores. As a student of one of Educomp's institutes, I would suggest you try for their JRE Group of Institutes. Though, they are a brand new college,The faculty consists of highly qualified people from the industry as well as from reputed institutes who are all experts in their own fields. The Academic Council is headed by someone like Prof. Stephen Rawlinson, who is a well-known international educator.
