You can go to Canada after finishing studies from New Zealand however the process is again you have to apply for the desired course in Canadian Universities followed by the visa formalities.

According to your profile I would say retail Management is a good option for you. You can also opt for Operations as a specialisation which is broader in terms of scope as it covers all such areas as retail, logistics, material etc. However, to sit for the various entrance examinations like CAT, XAT, MAT etc. you need to have a graduation with 50% and above aggregate marks from a recognized University. no, There is no separate quota for SC/ST in general Management programs in XLRI. However, The Institutes does give 50% reservation to the students from Jharkhand for Certificate in Entrepreneurship Management program. For the more detailed and updated information I would suggest you to contact the Institute directly.
