I find it very strange to look for Ph.d. in Sanskrit from foreign university when it is the ancient language of India. To my best of knowledge, no foreign university offers full time/part time Ph.D. in Sanskrit. However their are 12 Universities in India which offer Ph.D. in Sanskrit. As a mechanical engineer, you can pursue M.Tech. in aeronautical engineering from IIT kanpur or IIT Bmbay which offer best studies in this field. However, doing it for the purpose of job will be the wrong way as it would hardly benefit you for job whether in India or abroad.
