Shiksha Ask & Answer
Goutam Chatterjee

Guide-Level 11

Dear Jatin, for event management there is no need for any specific course. There are two ways of doing it, first, you join some existing event management company as trainee, second, start your own outfit. In both the cases, one should have flair for planning & execution of specific issues of any event. It involves passion, creativity, running around and working in odd hours. There are many successful event planners like Omung Kumar and Morani brothers who also run event planning academies. When there is no event, it provides fees and also to get free hands in the name of interns or trainees.
