CBI is an integral part of the system in India and to get into these services, one requires to qualify the Civil Services exam for this purpose.
The minimum eligibility required to write these exam is a graduate degree and the maximum age limit is 30years.

Now as you have asked about (IIMC) that is Institute of Mass Communication. I would like to say that IIMC is one of the most prestigious institutes in India and if you have done your PG from IIMC then the future is bright for you for sure.
But now lets come to the most important for you that is admission into IIMC which is done through an entrance exam conducted by them.
The entrance exam is usually conducted on the third week of MAY and then the students who cleared the entrance have to go through a GD/PI and on the basis of the entrance and GD/PI, the students get selected. For more info, refer to the below link
