HI, now you are doing production coordiantor and you completed BSC, so on this basis you can joined distamce learning education. And distance education is always helpful for working people, because this education wont disturb your daily work schedule, so you can easily complete that course. And there is n difference in correspondence and regular collage, because here you having work experience and because of that experience you select your particular specilization which it will help you for your future. And after completion of ths course you are not a fresher in any field with this education, because you have all the knowledge about the job, and area of your specilization.
I know so many employee who complete their education from distance learning mode and because of that certification now they are working on higher position. Because they have work experience and that qualification will help them for promotion, salary increment and other benefit.
