Yes you can do a hotel management degree through distance ducation program. There are manycolegs in india are offering istance program. To name a few IIHM, delhi, pune, Kota open uiniversity, Indira gandhi open university, Dr. ambedkar open university hyderabad.

As per my knowledge and research, there is no specific course in Xavier's for Radio Jockeying, however Radio programming is covered under Journalism and Mass Communication programming in XIC.
