Hi Pranav,
First of all if you are planning for MBA through correspondence it can be done from any Institute giving distance education provided you have the study centre of that Institute/ University in your area. Secondly, I would say that advisable would be that you should go for a full time MBA program as it not only gives you great practical exposure but also have a better standing in the job Market.
As MBA IT is a specialized field which is still in the budding face there are not many Institutes giving this degree, however, you can try in Symbiosis SCDL & IICT both of which are Distance learning programs.

Hi,
If you are asking about percentage, then it depends from course to course but on an average, you should keep atleast 75% and above in mind.
If you are asking about IELTS, then minimum 6.5 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each section
If you are asking about GRE, there is never a minimum cut off but you should target a score above 1200 if you want admission in a decent university.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Hi Radhasyam,
As you want to become a news reporter i would suggest you to go for a correspondence journalism course as the news industry prefer people who belong to that profession. But there is no harm in trying. Basically journalism is of two types- print and electronic journalism. Electronic journalism is related to news channels and print journalism is related to all the magazines and news papers. Now to become a good journalist you need to have a good command over English, Hindi and your regional language.
