As you have mentioned of having takem Computers as the subject in your high school, you can look forward to go with a B.tech/ B.E. in computer science/ software engineering. But remember, to stay eligible to pursue this course the minimum requirement is to have a Science background (Non Medicine). The minimum percentage required may differ on the basis of the entrance that you plan to write like IIT JEE, AIEEE, GCET, MH CET etc but in most of the entrances the minimum requirement is of 60%.

To become a commercial pilot in India, one has to first possess a Student Pilot License. In case of getting admission the the distance MBA, there is no such entrance exams to be conducted and hence the admissions take place mere on the basis of your eligibility, i.e. you need to be a minimum graduate from a recognized institution.

As for the specialization is concerned, this would highly depend on one's area of interest and also availability of the course in the particular institute. As you have some work experience, going with your experience you can opt for a particular stream, like for example, if in Pharma company you were dealing in Marketing, and seem insterested in the same, then opting for the MBA in Marketing would be a good option to go with.
Most of the institutes offering distance MBA do offer this specialization.
