Find below the documents required for student VISA in Germany.
A valid passport.
2 Passport Size photos.
Entitlement to university admission, as recognized in Germany (usually a high school diploma or graduation examination certificate)
Admission offer letter from university.
Evidence of previous academic performance.
Proof that complete financial support for one year is guaranteed.
If you receive a scholarship you must produce a letter of confirmation.
Proof of German language skills.
In order to pursue MS from Germany you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
IELTS score of 6.5-7 bands plus.
Universities in Germany have 2 intakes in a year:
Winter Intake.
Summer Intake.

It would be difficult to find Correspondence institutes providing ME degree that too in specifically VLSI specialization, you may find this as a part of Electronics but that too in regular degree programme not through Correspondence. So, if you want to do a Post Graduation level program you can go for M.Tech in Electronics with a specialisation in VLSI or if you want to go for short term course you can opt for VLSI certifications or short term diploma courses in VLSI.
For Masters Level program you can look at IISC, MS Ramaiah College. For other short term programs or certification you can considers Institutes like TIIT, RV VLSI design centre, Sandeepani school of VLSI design & Benns Technologies, Tejas Design centre.

With Aerospace engineering as your qualification, you are eligible to apply for the CDS exams that are carried out for the vacancies in defense sectors of which IAF is one of the prominent defense sections.
Coming to ISRO, Aerospace Engineering is a diverse field and as you have a past in science stream, ISRO is definitely a good option but getting through to it will depend on the vacancies made available by the biggest reseach organization of the nation.

In order to get admission in these universities, you need to have:

In order to pursue Phd, from universities abroad, you need to first of all make a list of the universities that you aspire for, then send emails to respective course department, asking them to provide you the eligibility criteria and selection procedure for PHD students
It may take three to six years to complete your PHD, depending on the field you select and your mentor
The general eligibility criteria for PHD students are as follows :(though it may vary from university to university)
In majority of the institutes, Master's Degree is an essential pre-requisite for a Ph.D. while others admit graduates too.
It is important that you have good scores in common entrance tests such as English Language examinations like TOEFL or IELTS
Internships or other work experience will add to your qualifications
Ph.D. course work essentially includes research and documentation work. This requires large amounts of money. In addition to this, you have to consider living expenses for the entire duration of the course.

American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. Admission to med school is very competitive - you must have a 3.6 / 4.0 or better average in a series of difficult science courses to be admitted. Also, there are very few scholarships for medical students, so most students must pay the fees, which can be $50,000 USD per year or more for each of the four years.

Although, Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance and it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion on any particular Institute, but I would not suggest you to go for any Institute which has ambiguity on its recognition status as very recently 44 deemed Universities have lost their deemed status.
So, keeping in mind such incidents, few of the things which you should consider before getting into any programme are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AICTE), Secondly, the course curriculum and the study material, the infrastructure, the faculty(their educational background), the placement, last but not least Institutes reputation in the job market for which you should visit the institute and try and talk to the current batch students and get few of the alumnae contacts as well. This will give you a real picture about the institute.
