Hi Rikita,
As far as I Know GPSC is just UPSC Examination which is at state level so Preparation would be on similar level. This Exam has two stages Preliminary & Final. For the study material I would suggest you to either contact the nearby book stores or the coaching centers in your area which are giving the UPSC Exams coaching as they would be the best source to give you study material and further guidance on GPSC.
I would also suggest you to constantly check the GPSC site which gives previous years question Papers which will help you in your preparation.

Hi,
Yes you can apply to the college on the basis of your past academic record, and if you full fill the eligibility criteria , you will be issued a Conditional offer letter, and once you submit your required IELTS score, then you will be issued a Un-Conditional offer letter.
Yes if you full fill all the eligibility criteria, you will get admission for January intake.

Hi Tejaswini, MBA-CET is a Common Entrance Test for MBA course every year. There are more than 200 institutes those come under different universities in which admission is through this test.

In order to pursue Master course in UK, you need to take GRE and TOEFL:
TOEFL is the exam which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.
TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) is of 120 marks, and all the good universities requires 80-90 plus score.
