Hi Myra,
If you are still in your 10+2, you must clear the LSAT to be eligible to study Law in Canada. Additionally, you must give IELTS or TOEFL scores. You may check more information on LSAT here:

Admission requirements vary between universities so you must check with the universities.

Two ways-
1. Pick CS with 5 year integrated law courses- B.A LLB, B.COM LLB
2. Pick CS with 3 year graduation course- B.COM, B.B.A. Further you can pick 3 year LLB program.

Their are 17 nlus in the county all except nlu delhi requires CLAT point and delhi required AILET points. for any nlu you will need atleast 45% in class 12th form any stream and CLAT or AILET points. The cut offs may may vary with different nlus and the difficulty level of exam.

NLUD conducts AILET, jindal provides admission through LSAT, Maharahtra CET is also there. BHU, AMU, JMI, etc. have their separate exams. Moreover, symbiosis, alliance, Christ, IPU, etc. also conduct separate entrance exams.

You must write the entrance exam for Law and get good marks in 12th as well as the entrance exam to get into the best college of your choice. Company Law is taught in LLB courses.
