You have to attend clases at a centre fixed by the institution, and appear in examination after attending classes and completing assignments. This depends upon your APTITUDE in that field. If you have interest in the financial and accounting aspects, economics etc. since your college days, and try to find out the "between the lines" message contained in the balance sheets notes, then Finance is the field for you. Merely discovering that Finance is much-sought after area will do you no good till you YOURSELF are suited for it. Alternate fields are marketing, HR, IT, manufacturing, hospitality , retail etc.
