for MBA courses they need min 5 yrs managerial work ex and GMAT may or may not be necessary, if at all you are planning try to score 600+ it will add value to your application. only AIS St Helens (pvt institute) requires 3 yrs managerial work ex. For freshers there are no options for MBA except in UUNZ college. If you can then try going for a management course at a Grad Dip or a PGDip level. No MBA otherwise in NZ. The job opportunities in Nz are very good. You apply for PR soon after you complete your course if you have gained 140 points. For freshers UK is a better country, you get universities like Aberdeen, Cardiff and Coventry.

Hi Bhargavi,
Well as you already have mentioned that there are many opportunities, all you require is to understand what would be best suited to you or the one that you are most interested to pursue. Coming from an engineering background, you can either opt for a Masters in Engineering or Management program as the most evident options.
There are many institutes in India, which are offering the two options and to know about these you may go through the following links:

Since admission are still on for Fall 2011, you can apply for Fall 2011 itself. If you feel you do not want to apply in a hurry, you can apply for Spring 2012 or Fall 2012.
Dont hesitate, go ahead and apply. All the best!
