Getting a Commercial Pilot License is a well known option but requires a lot of hard work and concentration based on which one can acquire the license. There are many institutes in India, which are offering this training and it is advised to opt for the institutes which is approved by the DGCA like IGRUA, Patiala Flying Club, Bombay Flying Club and many more like wise.
The course is quite expensive, although the exact fee information will vary from one institute to another yet it would be around 18- 22 lacs.

Usually its not possible to go for only internship for Australia its better you go for Masters program after finishing your bachelors in India , that would be more beneficial for you. Do let me know if you are interested in higher studies in Australia.

Firstly it is least advised to pursue Masters in Engg/ Technology through the distance or part time mode as the value of such courses are less when compared to the regular mode.Also there are hardly any institutes which can provide you with this course through the distance mode. As you have done your Masters and are equipped with a large experience in the similar field, it seems good enough for you to apply to senior positions in food retail, but then if you still seek to take up some courses that would add more value and benefit you, for this you can opt for some of the management courses like MBA or courses in retail management/ supply chain would add the much required value to your already bright profile.

Well there are a few Universities in India which can offer you a B.E. degree through part time/ distance mode and to know about the same you may refer to the following link:

But then it is always advised to go for a degree through the regular mode as the same carries more value as compared to the distance mode. Being a diploma holder, you can definitely opt for B.tech through lateral entry, which is an option available with most of the govt. approved Universities.
