Getting a Commercial Pilot License is a well known option but requires a lot of hard work and concentration based on which one can acquire the license. There are many institutes in India, which are offering this training and it is advised to opt for the institutes which is approved by the DGCA like IGRUA, Patiala Flying Club, Bombay Flying Club and many more like wise.
The course is quite expensive, although the exact fee information will vary from one institute to another yet it would be around 18- 22 lacs.
And the admissions are either direct but for the reputed institutes, it is one the basis of qualifying a written test and a medical test.

For Media and Communication Management, I would like to say that Media management is a very rare course and very few institutes offer this course. But if you want you can go for a PG in the same from good institutes. Media is a very broad term which includes many things such as journalism, production, direction, cinematography, advertising etc. As it will be difficult for me to explain every category of Mass Comm/ Media to you in brief, I am providing you with few article links below, kindly refer to them to get a better idea.

As you have done your Masters and are equipped with a large experience in the similar field, it seems good enough for you to apply to senior positions in food retail, but then if you still seek to take up some courses that would add more value and benefit you, for this you can opt for some of the management courses like MBA or courses in retail management/ supply chain would add the much required value to your already bright profile.

Well there are a few Universities in India which can offer you a B.E. degree through part time/ distance mode and to know about the same you may refer to the following link:

But then it is always advised to go for a degree through the regular mode as the same carries more value as compared to the distance mode. Being a diploma holder, you can definitely opt for B.tech through lateral entry, which is an option available with most of the govt. approved Universities.
