Hi Bhavesh, Its better if your wife can reappear for IELTS as the minimum requirement by the high commission is 5.5. Even if some college gives you admission you wont be able to get the visa unless you go for ELICOS course offered by the college you are going to. ELICOS or EAP course is undertaken when a student doe snt meet the standard English entry requirements. But ELICOS/EAP is expensive if you comapre it with the cost of getting trained for IELTS for 2 months and resitting exam fee. So kindly ask her to reappear for the exam.

Advertising and PR is a very good course and has a lot of demand in the media world. Advertising field requires a lot of creativity and innovation. In advertising one has to do a lot of research in order to study the demand of the product in the market, then you need to design the advertisement according to the target consumers depending upon the age group, gender etc. Thus making the advertisement field more interesting and challenging. Now for PR I would say that it requires more of personality and communication skills, one needs to get his or her work done. Since, you are doing regular B.com. and already in 2nd year by now, I would recommend you to go for Professional Diploma course, ie, Diploma in Production Digital FX / Gaming. This course covers 2D, 3D Animation, graphics, video editing/compositing, digital effects, game design and art.
