As you have shown interest in MBA (IT), I would say that the scope of MBA in IT is good, because organisations belonging to all domains, IT or non-IT have extensive IT infrastructure. First of all Software Testing Institutes ask for Engineering as minimum eligibility which you do not have. So I would suggest you to look for other options as per your interest, abilities, etc.
You have good experience though. I would request you to revert back with details on:-
1. Your prior education background
2. What are your interests
Kindly get back with information on the above asked at the earliest in order to avail the right guidance.
Good Luck.

You must select best suitable option for you in Game Design segment. I know of very few options in Government Sector having focus on Gaming through a Course. You have to be passionate yourself apart from possessing artistic talent. There are fine art colleges mostly from Govt universities, but they mostly teach art and don't cover new media programs. Choose best source available by doing Research and Analysis yourself. Ensure that you get proper skill and mentoring by Experts. Typically past placements, infrastructure, faculty and exposure through Value addition matters the most in this industry.
Best wishes
