Dear Swapnil, being M.Tech. from IIT in CSE proves two things for you. One you are an intelligent and hard working person and second, no business school can ever teach you more in computers. Therefore, pursuing MBA(IT) would be total waste of time. Ideally, You must pursue MBA(international business) but that requires work experience, so, go for MBA(finance). Now by proposing these two specializations, I am trying to convey that expand your horizon keeping in mind that after 10-12 years as senior position holder in any organization, you will have cutting edge over your contempories. By the way, what happened to campus selection? You did not get placed or you did not want?

UK, is one of the finest study destination to pursue MBA, please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and top ranked universities in UK, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, secondly to pursue MBA you need to take either TOEFL or IELTS, and GMAT exam.
As you have completed your graduation , it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years and then apply for MBA, how ever if you wish to continue with your studies, you can pursue Msc in management.
The course curriculum of Msc in management, is almost similar to MBA, the only difference is, MBA is more of a practical oriented course and Msc in management. is more of a theoretical course.

Well based on your prior education background of ECE, I would say that you can opt for certifications in the domain of Networking like CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), or you may opt for JAVA, J2EE, Digital Signal Processing, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems and Industrial Automation, etc. Even SAP or Oracle will be a great idea.
All the above would certainly enhance your knowledge and aptitude as well as get you a bright future.
