If you are doing your CPL training from abroad, then it is necessary to give FAA exam. Else, you will not get your pilot licence. It is same as DGCA exam in India.

I think, you must go for full-fledged animation course because animation is very vast field. In full-fledged course, you have graphic designing, web designing, 2D animation, sketching, 3D modelling and 3D animation.
These courses generally last from 2-3 years. But, I personally prefer you to go for full-fledged course.

You can pursue B.Com through distance mode, if you are going to pursue fashion design program. As per UGC guidelines, a student can pursue 2 different programs from 2 different universities in 2 different modes (Distance and Regular).
