Different Universities will have different Eligibility criteria and admission procedures. However, generally to be eligible for BBA programme a student need to have 50% and above aggregate marks in his/her Higher Secondary from recognized board. The aggregate percentage may vary from Institute to Institute. Some Institutes like Delhi University, IP University etc. will also have an Entrance Examination. Although, advisable is that you should opt for a full time BBA Degree from a decent University as full time degree always holds more value in the job market than Correspondence. However To get admission in BBA programme in IGNOU the candidates would be selected on merit basis and before selection to the programme the candidate also need to clear Personal interview.

As per my knowledge the final year students are well eligible to apply for the B.ed entrance but then the admission may take place on the provisional basis in subject of clearing the final year exams and certificate verification.
