Hi Girish, you can look into Universities like University of Jena, Munich University of Technology, Ruhr University Bochum, University of Gttingen in Germany. There are lots of funding opportunities avalialble. DAAD especially funds for Ph.D and you can contact them for funding opportunities. But first you must apply for PhD and get yourself an offer.

Hi Amreen,
Well Osmania University is a well known University in India and is offering several courses which have a good market value. Dur to certain political issues, I really do not see any problem in the future after attaining a degree in Law from this University as it is your education and your academic record that will help you more than any other circumstantial problems.

Hi Sharath,
There are several institutes in India which offer courses in Clinical Psychology and to know about the same you may refer to the following link:
http://tinyurl.com/4v8uuqj
As for the ranking to get the best institute is concerned, it would be difficult because in India, there is no such standard way to rank the various institutes, however, the one you choose may depend on the parameters like accreditation, affiliation, approvals, curriculum, course structure, fee etc.
Kindly revert for any further queries, also if you liked this answer then rate it 'Best answer' or give a 'Thumbs Up' rating.

Yes, the eligibility is a 4 year degree. since your degree is a 3 year degree, you should pursue a post graduate diploma in management of 1 year duration which should be recognized by UGC. Once you pursue that, you will become eligible to apply to this university or any university in Canada.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
