Not too many universities in Canada accept international students into their medical programs. And, I don't think there is MBBS. You have to enroll into a bachelor degree program in biological sciences and complete the same with very good grades. That's not all. Post your bachelors, you must clear the medical college admissions test and only then seek entry to a medical school. Becoming a doctor in Canada is a long road. Check if you are eligible to study firstly. Visit university's website for the details. Fees is around $30,000 per year in Canadian dollars.

There is no difference between these two degree courses. Both are engineering degrees and their scope and value are the same. You will never be rejected higher education or a job just because you are a BE and not a B.Tech holder or vice versa.
The only difference in the name is because in those colleges/ universities that offer only engineering courses, the degree is known as B.Tech and in those colleges/ universities where other courses are also offered along with engineering, the title is given as BE.
If you notice, there is no college/ universities that provides both BE and B.Tech courses as both are the same. The same applies with

Originally, there were only three basic branches of civil, mechanical & electrical engineering. Over a period of time due to technological advances, many sub branches in all these three were developed which in turn have become full fledged branches.

In India, paramedical courses are available in 3 formats:
1) Bachelor's Degree courses
2) Diploma Certificate courses
3) Certificate courses
Bachelor's Degree courses can be pursued after completing 10+2 science stream schooling (with PCB subjects).
Diploma courses can be pursued after 12th or 10th. It really depends upon the institute and the type of course offered.
Certificate courses can usually be pursued after completing 10th or 12th.
Note: The eligibility criteria usually changes from one institute to another and it also depends on the nature of the course
