It depends upon the IIM you are targeting, every IIM has different criteria to select students and give different weightage to the graduation marks. Having said that, if there is a genuine reason why you were not able to complete your degree in time, it can be taken into consideration because there are high chances that even if you are able to crack CAT and sit for an IIM interview this question can be asked. To pursue Bachelors degree in Germany, you must complete 13 years education. You cannot apply directly after 12th. You can enroll into a Bachelor's degree in India and complete the first year here and then apply. Excellent academic grades are required, more than 75% is the least recommended. Knowledge of German language is required for Bachelor degree level studies. Also, you must take IELTS.

As compared to Singhad, ABBS is better in terms of placements.

Yes, it is mandatory for you to do it and you must also get a certificate from the organization stating you went there for 30 days. If you can manage to get all the details in a few days and get the certificate for 30 days, that is also okay.

VIT-Vellore is better college than VIT-Chennai currently.

The admissions would happen as per college schedule, where you have given your GD/ PI irrespective of your B.Tech results. So, you might be required to start before your result.

As you have good percentage in B.Sc, hence no percentage criteria could abstain you to miss a good MNC interview, which can provide you a sustainable job with a good salary. You can put similar efforts for CAT and you can easily choose finance. However, being a B.Sc graduate, you have good chances in pharmaceutical marketing. You can try for NMIMS – Mumbai.

There is no college bias in IIM selection. Selection is purely based on meritocracy. If you crack CAT and do well in GDPI you stand fair chances to get selected in IIMs.

Admission requirements depends from university to university. Since, you already hold a masters degree it will be very difficult to apply to a PG Diploma in the same field if you plan to study the same field again. It is important that you convince the universities about your decision to pursue higher studies and what your career plans are.
