Eligibility as per NATA:
Secured 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects;
Or
10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central/State Govt with 50% aggregate marks with
Mathematics;
Or
International Baccalaureate Diploma passed/appearing, after 10 years of Schooling with 50%
marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination.
So, accordingly, you are not eligible for B.Arch programme.
You may consider other options for your education.

Just wait for 6 months and let the conditions on H1B visa be more clear. While media might be over hyping the situation, there should be some clarity on policies for sure. You may consider Canada, Germany, Australia, etc

In Rs 7.5 lakhs almost everything is included except hostel fee and examination fee(for each semester). In Rs 7.5 you will get college dress, blazer, sweatshirt, laptop, two bags, stationary like notebooks for each semester, college is also provide gym facility this is also included in the fees.
