A regular course is where you need to go to college daily and attend the classes and write exams, while a correspondence course is one in which you don't need to go to college daily, you don't have any classes also. You will be provided with the reading material which you will have to study on your own and then will have to give exams.
I would suggest you to do a regular MBA because in a regular MBA you get a lot of practical knowledge which will be very helpful for you in your future job. Also, in a regular MBA, you are offered campus placements also.

In my opinion, the best B-school is for PGDM is Sydenham (SIMSREE), located in south Mumbai. It offers PGDBM degree (equivalent to PGDM) as its 2 years full time course. The tuition fees is only Rs 1.38 lakhs (excluding hostel fees) and the average package offered last year was around Rs 10 LPA; thus providing a great ROI. It is the second best college after JBIMS through MBA CET exam. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/course/post-graduate-diploma-in-business-management-sydenham-institute-of-management-studies-research-and-entrepreneurship-education-churchgate-mumbai-164803

Prudhvi, let me tell you one thing very clearly, you don't need to know Hindi to pursue PGDM. But yes, you should know English. Today, English is the most important language which is universally accepted, if you know English well, then you can warily communicate with people in English and in most of the B-schools, almost all people communicate in English only because they practice to become professionals. So, don't worry about that, you can easily manage.
