For admission in M.Ed part time you need to have atleast 55% marks in B.Ed.
Following are the details with Criteria and the Scholarship amount applicable
For marks above 90% fees is Rs. 14,500/semester
for marks between 80-89.99% fees is Rs. 14,500/semester
for marks between 70-79.99% fees is Rs. 19,500/semester
for marks below 70% with valid TFA score fees is Rs. 19,500/semester
Tution fee without scholarship (below 70%) 24500/semester
Examination Fee- Rs. 1500/semester

Well the basic eligibility for entering IIT is good percentage in PCM / MPC. So if you think that your ward can manage it, its time for you to get her enrolled in a good coaching center where she can prepare for JEE (Main) and JEE (Advance).
