Yes you can change your college you just have to take transfer and migration certificate from your present university / college and submit it in the college where you want to take admission for more information you have to talk to your present college as well as other college where you want to get enrollment.

Ankush, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games).
However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with other MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. Except english ur all syllabus of maths physics and chemistry wud be covered in the iit jee preparation. it is no different than ur syllabus rather wud say u wud be studying much more than ur syllabus. so it wont be a problem for u or anybody.
