IB itself has streams like-mktng, finance, hr, scm. Every student gets atleast 10 companies approx to get a good package. there are many companies who come and you get quite a good option within the avg package criteria.
The lowest cut off is 6LPA below which companies are not allowed during the placement sessions. IB is also aiming for some more international placements.

You can go for Bcom in degree as well as do CA simultaneously and once you have cleared CA you have a good future,
If you are interested in administrative/managerial sector, then BBA is a good option. BBA course can be pursued with specialization in accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, etc. BCA course is much suitable for candidates who are interested to obtain a job in IT sector. CA, CS, etc are other suitable courses after completing 12th with commerce. Anyway, B.Com course is the popular option selected by commerce students.

1. Work experience - Nothing can match this. Choose a job role that suits you or at least interests you remotely and get practical exposure working in an organisation. It also gives you time to reflect in the mean time as to how to proceed going forward. Yes you can give CEED exam. All most every good university takes admission on the bases of CEED entrance exam but there are few reputed universities/institutes like UPES, Symbiosis which also conduct their individual entrance exams apart from CEED score criteria. I think you should appear for these entrances as well to boost the chances of admission. Forms are already out so apply at the earliest. Good luck :)
