MBA is better than PGPM . PGPM is the replicate of MBA . If you want a proper degree in Masters of Business Administration then do MBA. If you are looking for a diploma or a program in Business management then go for PGDM or PGPM . Both has its pros and cons because what matters is the university or institute from where you have pursued your education and also the campus, infrastructure, faculty and "PLACEMENT" matters the most .

Physics is a very tangible subject. You can actually see everything happening around you. When we are not good at something it represents our disinterest in that thing. Try to develop your interest in it by strengthening your concepts. Solve the easy questions first. I recommend you use the book HC Verma. After every chapter it has concept based questions which are the best to test whether you really understood the topic.

CS is very lucrative career option and preferred over CMA
The number of students and opportunities are comparatively less in CMA
Even passing CMA is difficult than CS
CMA can work as cost accountant, cost auditor CMA can get statutory documents validated
CS can work as company secretary in a company which is board level of company or practice own and validate documents , compliance , due diligence
Both CS and CMA scope has increased after Comapnies ACt,2013
the demand of both professionals has tremendously grown and there is shortage now
So decide which field your interest lies and pursue the same
