It sounds good that you are interested in English. You can go for Bachelor in Arts course 1with at least 55% marks in class 12th. There are many good colleges in India such as BHU, Delhi University, Allahabad University, Tezpur University, Patna University, SMU, Anna University, Loyola College, and Madras Christian College. After completing this course, you can apply for CDS or UPSC exam. You can also go in the teaching field after completing B.Ed or go for higher studies.

Personal Suggestion: After class 10th, complete your class 12th, and then go for a Degree, because a Degree course is more flexible. Depth of knowledge imparted will be comparatively more than that in a Diploma. Pay scale at the time of employment is comparatively higher.
