It sounds good that you are interested in English. You can go for Bachelor in Arts course 1with at least 55% marks in class 12th. There are many good colleges in India such as BHU, Delhi University, Allahabad University, Tezpur University, Patna University, SMU, Anna University, Loyola College, and Madras Christian College. After completing this course, you can apply for CDS or UPSC exam. You can also go in the teaching field after completing B.Ed or go for higher studies.

Think in terms of what you are looking for in an that institute to learn. Don't just go blindly go for any institute. Do some research, find the area which you want to specialize in etc. Talking about IBS, Mumbai it is good for marketing and finance and HR is upcoming after these two.

That's the best combination. Since you are already done you B.Tech in IT and in addition to that, you are having the more than 5 year of core technical expertise. That's would be great if you continue your specializations. Because this does't require more efforts from your side and you will be able to cover all the critical aspects with high paying job.
