hi mr.subhash,welcome to https://shiksha.com and u completed your b.sc (cs) right? if it is means y dont you go for your uture studies if u get pg degree in computer level means its a big achievement in your life and im sure u can get a good job in IT industry and remember one thing no one is perfect here and dont think that you are a poor student u may b it is but if u think u can b goo din your studies and try to concentrate on your studies its your life no one can came and change u, and my suggestion is go for m.sc(it or cs) or m.c.a and start to go for the computer courses from basics onwards in your free time and u can gain ur degree and the knowledge in computer languages then the days are yours percentages and gradings is may b a point for the job but confidence and hardworking are the main points for the job seekers.all the best
