Its good to know that you are interested in pursuing MBA from UK, however please remember in order to pursue MBA from UK you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
MBA degree from universities in UK is world wide acclaimed and acknowledged, please remember no course or university guarantee jobs to its students, getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the students.
As a student you should give your 100% in whichever course you opt for, and if you do well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
You need to get a job offer with a annual package of 20,000 pounds or more, if you wish to work full time in UK after the completion of your MBA.

to pursue AMIE you must posses at least one of the following eligibility criteria mentioned below :
AGE LIMIT :
*Should be at least 18 years or above.
CRITERIA :
*You should have passed the 3 year Diploma conducted by the IEI or any related branch of Engineering or technology or any other related field.
*You should possess a diploma or certificate equaling to the above and obtained by a recognized educational body.
*Should have passed +2/hsc/pre degree/PDC with subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and a minimum of a passing rate of 45%.
*For other similar qualifications that are not mentioned above you may contact the institute.
After passing AMIE, you can appear for IAS or IES Exams, GATE as well as for MBA degree for higher Degrees (all these require minimum qualification of a UG Degree). And the career opportunities may vary according to the area of studies you specialize in.
