Although there is least of similarity between both the courses that you have done or willing to pursue as both intent to be of different streams and offer careers in different sections.
There are many well known institutes offering courses in Fashion designing like NIFT, NID, iNIFD etc.

If you perform well and study hard, there is also good scope for arts students,
1) Complete the graduation. then do B.Ed, you will be eligible for teachers job in Govt. School.
2) After your graduation, you may write examination like UPSc or state Public Service Commission, so, you may get a very good career prospects in Civil Service.
3) Or you may join some reputed college and do the MBA.
4) You may also appear for various examination conducted by Various Bank for PO.
So, you can make your career in Teaching Job, Civil Services, Management or Banking. So, there are lot of career oppurtunity, it depends on you how you are going to grab the same. So, please remeber all the streams are having equally bright career options.
