Hi Sarthak,
As you have got a pretty low rank on your AIEEE it would not be possible to get a decent Institute through this rank, however, as mentioned by yeseducation you try with some private Institutes like Amity etc, which also conduct their own Entrance. I would also suggest you that if possible give it a second attempt and try and get a good rank and also would suggest you to sit for other state level Entrance Examinations like UPTU or MHTCET etc. for next year as this year you have missed almost all.

Hi Vinayak,
Although Advisable is that you should opt for a full time programme as Engineering programmes are programmes which involve alot of practical work and correspondence would not be useful for such programmes, moreover, correspondence would not hold much value when it comes to your career growth. However, few of the Universities which you may consider for Correspondence M.Tech are:
Vinayaka mission Research foundation Deemed University
Thapar University
Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University
University of Burdwan
Sri Venkateshwar College
C.V Raman University
You can also concider doing a part time M.Tech programme if possible. The institutes you can consider for that are:

JNTU
Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College
