Hi ,
Both IELTS and TOEFL are the English language testing exam, required to be taken by all international students whose first or native language is not English.
Universities in UK mostly prefer IELTS and Universities in USA mostly prefer TOEFL.
But universities in both of these countries accept score of both of these exam, so you can take either TOEFL or IELTS.
IELTS is bit easy in comparison to TOEFL.
I hope this answers your query.
If you like this answers, than please mark it as a Thumbs Up or rate it as a Best Answer.

Hi Abhijeet,
Both the Engineering Specializations offer good job opportunities in both government and private sector but if you plan to get into teaching or research field then yes definitely Computer Science would be a better option as computer Science is the study of making of various applications, software, languages etc. whereas IT is the implementation of these so, Computer science has more scope in research related fields, be it government or Private jobs.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a "best answer" or pressing the "thumb
