And universities like Lovely uni also offer tie ups programs with various universities of US.
I suggest you to apply for 2-3 top universities and wait for call.
Taking admission in low rank university is of no use, and it is not difficult to take admission in Germany or US general/average institute

To pursue MCom you need to have passed a Graduate degree with Commerce, Economics or BBA from any recognised university. Different Universities have specific criterea for admission and may either take in students through an admission test or through direct application. A minimum percentage at the undergraduate level (normally 45-55%) is the required eligibility for application. The year of graduation or gap years in between graduation and post graduation is normally not considered by the colleges or by future employers as long as you can show that you have spent the time productively.

After doing physics you can move to masters in M.Sc and MBA. I would prefer physics as job opportunities are more in this.
Also you can opt for integrated B.Sc+ M.Sc in physics, check various universities which provide this course.
There are enormous institutes which provide B.Sc physics.but i would recommend you to opt for best institute as its a matter of your career.

If u are week in studies then no college or institute can help you but if your institute is not academically strong then change your institute and move to best university where latest methodologies are use for teaching.such as VIT, Lovely professional University, IIT etc.
