Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like to suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. As far as the information goes, COEP (College of engineering, Pune) is an autonomous institute of the Government of Maharashtra.
Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
