Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like to suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professionals not the theoretical persons. Instead of collecting degree take any International Certifications with u in less amount of time which helps u more. Lots of career lines are there in IT industry as well. System Admin, Network Admin, Security Admin, Database Admin, Software Developer, Web Developer and many more. Most of the Servers are running on Linux Servers. If u choose Linux platform as ur career option will be the futuristic approach. RHCE, RHCSS, RHCEV, JBOSS, LAMP, WAMP, XAMP CCNA, MCSE, JCP, OCP are some of the Leading Specialization areas where u can get some International kind of quality Certification. 33 is too low a score to secure a seat in a government reputed college. However, you may appear for other entrance exams and secure a seat in a reputed institution.
With PCM combination of subjects, you can pursue almost any field you set your mind on. You can ofcourse do Engineering which is a professional degree and has streams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic and Communication etc. You can do your graduation in subjects of your interest, even switching to Humanities or Commerce streams if you so desire. You can do a BCA (Computer Applications), BBA (Business Administration), Law, Civil Aviation – Pilot, Astronomy, Architecture, Design, Mass Communication, Merchant Navy, Defense Forces, Psychology, Civil Services etc. To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. If you decide based on these parameters you will put in your best effort and will be successful
The admission to the Diploma Engineering Courses is made through the Joint Entrance Test. Candidates who qualify the JET are eligible to apply for admission to various courses being run in the affiliated institutions of the Board. The admission to these institutions will be based on the relative merit of the candidates in the JET in their respective category.
