etc.
Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.

There is nothing else that can stand against this. Placement is just not a guarantee that you'll always be in the service. You need to prove yourself in whichever you are.
