267 is very less score for admission into MBBS or BDS. Your score needs to be 450+ for admission into MBBS or BDS in reputed colleges. You can appear NEET next year.

Yes, there is a 3-year course available as well, i.e. LLB. For getting enrolled in this course you need to take MHCET LAW entrance exam, similar to what the 5-year course students have to give.

All streams are interesting in there own way. So, you need to see what you are interested in. What is more important is your interest and inclination towards a branch and you acumen to grasp it. Also, at times the place of learning adds to your interest in a thing. Choose a university that is going to make your learning further interesting.
There are many good universities around that are providing quality education using innovative teaching methods. Even the placements are very good.
Check the websites of some universities like LPU, SRM, SMU, etc. Some of them even offer scholarships.

Yes, there are a few BA French colleges that provide undergraduate course learning through distance mode or online mode. In these colleges, classes are taken in live format or in the form of videos. The course curriculum for BA French remains same as the classroom learning.

If you pursue MMS from any college, the syllabus remains the same only the college names matters. So it depends upon you from which college you want to pursue MMS from. The portion of all the colleges providing MMS remains the same as because it is prescribed by Mumbai University.
