Hi Varika,
PSAT is the preliminary SAT, more or less like a preparation. PSAT is generally taken by 10th students or test takers before taking the main SAT. You cannot really compare PSAT and SAT as one is the preliminary stage and the other is the final. PSAT is not mandatory to appear for SAT. You can take it to improve your final preparation.

Most of the colleges take admissions through CLAT scores or through their own entrance exams. Some colleges even also go for group discussions and personal interview. All the national universities take admission through CLAT scores and few private universities also take on the basis of the same.

It depends on the type of college you want. It goes above 130 for all government engineering colleges and if you want private colleges you will be easily eligible with below 130 marks.

Hello Dinesh, Good chances of MMS. Placements are decent. Finance placements are not so good. For other specialisations placements are ok with avg package of 5 Lacs.
