Minimum Percentage required for admission is 60% in 12th boards including a minimum of PCM 60%. The intake in B.Tech (ME) is 40. You will need to clear IMU CET also. If you qualify the test, you will be called for a personal interview which is followed by medical examination and psychometric test.

Yes, CS engineering graduates can apply for Engineering Services Examination (also known as Indian Engineering Services) Exam Conducted by UPSC (Union public service commission). For IES / ESE you need B.E / B.Tech in any stream of engineering from a recognised college. But, ESE is conducted only for the following streams:

No, you will not get CSE in Institute of Engineering and Technology, DAVV Indore because you have very less marks in JEE Mains and these marks are not allow you to take admission in DAVV for CSE.
