BITS-Pilani civil is better than BITS-Hyderabad mechanical in terms of placements, unless one is interested in mechanical. IIIT-Pune is a new and quite unheard of. So, can't be compared.

You can apply through JoSAA counselling and you will get your branch based upon your rankings. Mostly, the cutoff for CIVIL is around 40k all India and a bit more with home state quota.
Rankings are for general and can be assumed around 7k more for OBC. Kindly mention if you have SC or ST.

Placements: No placements, period. The Training and Placement Cell of the university is a farce, thanks to a very inactive and lazy TPO. But students of GGV GET excellent job opportunities off campus after they graduate. I'm myself working in an MNC. Many of my batch mates are doing MBA in top IIMs, IITs, and IIFT. Many qualify GATE with very good ranks (a rank 2 in IPE emerged from my batch) and pursue M.Tech from IITs and NITs.
