Depending upon your interest level, you can choose. If you happen to choose MBA then finance specialisation would suit you.
Or if you believe, you can crack SSC, then go for it.
By the way, for getting admission into MBA, you will have to go through CAT / MAT / CET /SNAP, etc. qualifying exams.
and simultaneously you can fill forms of SSC too, since the syllabus of both of the exams is similar, Maths, reasoning, English, etc.
Good luck.

It happens for many who take JEE examination as they would not get the board exam results before taking JEE. They cannot get any college under JEE counselling because they should have 75% (for general category) or 65% (for SC/ST, PWD) .
So, they need to give improvement exam and then attempt JEE in the next year to get a good college.
Or else, you may try to seek admission in the colleges that accept both JEE marks and board exam marks for admission.

Chandigarh university is good for b.tech. in CSE. But there are are lot of universities and colleges viz. Jaypee, lpu, Galgotia, Anand ICE, which provide excellent infrastructure, good campus placements, calm education environment and etc. But in this sequence I suggest that Anand international college is better than others in comparison of tuition fee and has following aspects:
(a) Implementation of modern educational concepts & associated internationally renowned faculty from IITs & abroad.
(b) global exposure by signing MOUs with many renowned technical universities/institutions of USA, UK, RUSSIA & Thailand etc.
(c) Flexibilitie
