Focus on key areas in every subject and do a thorough revision of those topics. Try to solve past years papers and solve as many good questions as possible. Use good reference books and quality study material. Time management is yet another aspect of getting a good rank. Best of luck with it. To be very clear, class 11 is the most crucial year of your schooling. This is the transformation phase-the teachers never seemed to care less, the syllabus seems to be running fast, friends, emotions-it's a hell lot to cope with! And being a science student is no help I must assure you.

For pursuing MBBS from a government college, the only door is to give NEET Exam that can give you government college, 12th marks doesn't matter much for MBBS.
