By what you say, I infer that you have completed your CMA.
Generally, CA and CS are the two most common courses pursued alongside CMA.
Apart from these two, MBA in finance will be a good option that you can opt for as your skills in cost along with what you learn in MBA finance will help you in the long run.
Further, in MBA you learn various presentation skills which were missing in the CMA course.
Also, you can check for various MoA's entered by the Institute with various institutes outside India, whereby they provide the foreign equivalent degrees with lesser efforts.
Also, you can check out FRM and other certification courses by various institutes across the country.

The Company Secretary course is divided into three stages
Foundation Program
Executive Program
Professional Program
If you are a graduate, you may enroll directly for the Executive Program. The institute do not conduct any entrance exam for the same.
After qualifying the Professional Program, the candidate has to undergo Management training for a period of 15 months. Within this training program, the candidate has to undergo practical training in a CS firm.
Apart from this, the candidate has to go for another training of 15 days in the registrar of a company, Affiliated stock exchange, SEBI etc.
The one who completes all these training programmes, along with the the foundation, executive and professional program, are eligible to become an associate member of ICSI.
The last date of registration is 28th of February to appear in the examination conducted same year in the month of December and 31st of August for the examination conducted next year in the month of June.

There are following major options available for you after becoming an engineer:
(a) Job: BE is sufficient qualification to start your career. Your first option to get job is job in campus placement. It is challenging to get job if you do not get job in campus placement. If you do not get selected in campus interview, then you can look for jobs through job portals, application against advertisement, job consultants, and referral from friends and relatives etc. You can appear in GATE to seek job in Public sector organisation. You can appear for competitive examination such as Indian Engineering services, Civil Services, PO etc.
(b) Higher Studies: Both M.Tech and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech will make you a specialist in chosen field and you can make career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also
