Symbiosis has an entire section devoted to distance education called Symbiosis Center of Distance Learning, which offers various courses through the Distance mode. There are many institutes (mainly study centers/ franchises) all over the country offering courses in affiliation to the SCDL.
As for BITS is concerned, there are branches of this Institute which offers courses titled as Off Campus programmes. There are two types of courses offered through the 'Off Campus' mode:
Work-Integrated Learning Programmes
Collaborative Programmes
BITS might not have any of its branches in the mentioned location as it function in Dubai, Hyderabad, Goa

After doing B.Sc Computer Technology if you want to pursue a Masters level program you can go for M.Sc in Networking or Software or MCA or MBA IT. if you want to go for certification programs you can opt SAP certifications or other similar certifications. However, choice of a program should always be made on the basis of your interests and career aspirations so do ponder on the question " which is the field you are passionate about?"
