1) Living expenses depend from city to city. Do you have any specific city in mine? Some cities have a living expense of 10,000 USD whereas some cities have a living expense of 25,000 USD.
2) Tuition fees varies from course to course. Do you have any specific course where you want to apply?

Other substitute option is pursuing AMIE (Associate Membership of Institute of Engineers) this is one of the toughest exam not so easy if you pass both section A & B,y you become associate member of the institute and this qualification is equivalent to BE however private companies may not accept this qualification due to lack of awareness

Passed 10+2 (H.S.C) or equivalent with at least 85% in Mathematics / Statistics
Graduate or Post Graduate in Maths/Stats/Econometrics
